Appliance service charlotte I was double charged for fixing my dryer and cannot get this fixed

My dryer broke so i called this company to come out and take a look. The technition was very nice and said he would have to order the part, and would be back tommorow. He wasn't able to get the part so a week later someone came at 7pm fixed the dryer. Great! Then i notice there are 2 charges of 300$ so i called the company and he says that happens sometimes, i will fix it immediatly. A week later charge still there i call again, he says it will take a week for it to show up. 2 days later i call again he says he was sure it was taken care of but he will research it right away. I call today and cannot get anyone to answer the phone.
