Ripoff recieved junk Liteon right out of the box they wont respond

Ordered 2 Liteon products (burner and cdrom)
Both didnt work-got the burner to burn a couple times-completely unreliable though
Cdrom wouldn't read ANY cd that I put it in right out of the box
although device manager sees it
Called by phone-filled out RMA-no response in over a month -all e-mails ignored
