SURPLUS FREIGHT: a complete cheating

I was out of mind after dealing with those SOB.

I was visitor here and especially like the American business because every merchandise sold has warranty, and credit card prevent fraud transaction. But now I still met the unexpected bad experience.

In Nov. 10 I rent a car to the so called SURPLUS FREIGHT Deham MA after receiveing their ads with ads with shaws etc from my mailbox. Their ad is realling attractive. The sofa price started from $199. After spending half an hour in their store I picked the glass table priced $ 186 and sofa at $ 250. They told me they will delive the 2nd day.

At 2pm of the next day I called them and got to know they did not have the table and said I must wait for two weeks. I had my friends eat by siting on the floor at the supposed delivering day. Then of course I did not want to waite so long. Within one week I called again to check the order status. The worse thing happned is that they told me they sold out the sofa I picked. I had a big quarrel with those pigs. Now I found they charged $ 457 on my credit card.

Today Dec 14 I let them cancelled the transaction and they are unwilling to do it and persist me to go their store. I hate to travle during the snows days. If I go there I prefer to let lawyer and police with me. My blood presure must be at 140 now. So angry.
