I used to work for Surplus, and I hated it. Avoid at all costs. From day one I was taught to harass the customer as soon as they walked in the door and lead them around the store. To make things even worse, your pretty much taught as an associate that customers are nothing but your next pay check. Their products are very poor quality hence the low prices. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else!
