Surplus Freight their service was horrible

I had bought a love seat from surplus freight. I did not have the extra money to have it delievered nor could i wait ti have it delievered. So i got a freind that had an suv. The people that loaded it into the suv really did not care how they put it in. First they just tried shoving it in. They did not care how they just wanted to get it in there. So when i got home and we took the love seat out it was ripped on the front and underneath. I had called them and they said there was nothing that they could do. I think that their service and just the whole experience sucked!!!
