Beware!

We purchased a $750,000 house from Gladstone Homes. I must say they are built like absolute S* we had, our foundation leak 4 times 2 of which were under warrenty. Our sump pumps went out after a year, our walls cracked, from settling, our sink and master bath were not sealed properly and caused water damage. 3 Light fixtures not wired and had to be rewired post warrenty. Not to mention the cost of the upgrades is nothing short of robbery. The houses look great until you own one, then you quickly realize you've been had. Avoid at all costs!!!
