Skipped on Rent

This guy stopped paying rent 3 months ago. Thanks to all these postings, I stopped listening to sob stories. I called the investigator in Colorado I got from this website who in turn put me in touch with his attorney. Zach was hiding in his (my) house to avoid be served a subpoena. I hope he moves out this weekend, as promised. No need to have the sherriff drag him out. I don't expect to see any money though. I feel sorry for his wife and daughters - they deserve better, espaecially at x-mas. I just hope he doesn't set up another dog business in another state, under a new name. I do know he's into rafts now. He bought a bunch of them (with money he should have been using to pay rent) to set up a new business.
