Renter's BEWARE... TALLEY PROPERTIES, Theives and Ripoff Internet

I rented a home in the Charlotte area under the management of Talley properties. I began to receive letters taped to my door from the bank addressed to the owner. I notified Talley Properties that the bank had been visiting the house in an effort to warn them that the house may be in foreclosure to protect my credit since I was just renting it. Although I'd been paying them rent on a monthly basis, the sherriff came over and told us that the house was going to be auctioned off and we had 30 days to vacate. Talley properties promised me they'd rent me another house. I found a house that they had available and they rented it out from under me, and put an eviction on my credit knowing that I was forced to move at no fault of my own.

I attempted to have it removed from my credit report, and they blocked it, stating that I stopped paying rent, knowing the house had been foreclosed and I could not live in it any longer.

Stay away from these guys... They will ruin your credit!!!
