We paid cash for our unit and they were to sell it for us and asked for 1,000.00 up front to do it

Yes we called them to ask about the selling of a condo resort and they said no problem that they have had several people in looking for one so we did agree to let them sell it. Then was told that both the seller and buyer had to put up 1000.00 each and that we would get it back when they sold it. Then they would not keep in touch with us on the progress of it. Then we finally got them to respond to us and was told we do not get our 1,000.00 back but they would try anothere year to sell it for free. So we really didn't have a choice cause we weren't getting any money back anywhy.

Then there sale's man called us and wanted 450.00 from us I said no then I called them and they didn't want to talk to me at first. That is when I told them about Bruce calling us and wanted more money and then they got on and told us he doesn, t work for them anymore.

What a screwed up company thay are Maybe be 1,000.00 isn't much to them but it is to us we are both over 60 and it's sad that jerk's like them are allowed to take advantage of folk's like us. Would be nice if we could get our money back, cause I'm tired of being screwed by these jerk's Thank You
