I got ripped off By PrestigeTimeshare Marketing Also

In april I was contacted by David Harris about selling my timeshare and it was only going to cost me $299 for advertisement and they would make their money on the interest of the loan from the buyer. I was gullable and believed him. I was told that it should sell in 30 to 45 days being it was a Gold Crown Resort and My asking price was so low.

In 6 months I called to see what the hold up was, still believing him. He said He had a Dr from out of country that wanted it and closing would be Nov 8th and to call him that morning for all closing. I called and then he told me the Doctor and his wife split up and decided not to buy after all but I was top on the list for sales.

The next time I heard anything was from Samantha who said it was sold again for $6000 but would need another $1299. For the closing. She said that the $299 was a down payment for the sale commisssion. I told her that My contract said there would be no additional cost to me for the sell of my timeshare. I refused to pay any more and told her to take it out of the sell, But said she couldn't do that. She had to have the money up front. Thank God I didn't send any more money or I would have been out more money.

I have tried to call and talk to them again but they will not talk to me. I looked them up on the internet amd found the owner to be a Mr Christopher Dahm. Whom no one seems to know. I think that these people should be put in Jail for a long time for ripping people off. This is large enough for the FBI to investigate why don't they. Beware of sales people who claim they can sell your timeshare for a fee. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only foolish person to believe this company
