Total Disappointment! Ripoff

I placed and order to have blinds and shutters installed in my home on December 5 (1 day after I moved into my brand new house). I gave the represenatives a drawer from my kitchen to "stain match" my shutters.

To date I have received the majority of my product except for 1 shutter. My shutters were installed inproperly, 1 of my shutters fell and broke. I've been calling everyother week since the install to inquire about my drawer and the outstanding shutter, I was told that part of my drawer was at their warehouse and the other part was overseas in Japan.

Since my shutter fell in June, I've been calling everyday and everyday that I would call the voicemail was full so I could never speak to anyone. On July 5, I was finallyable to leave a message and on July 6, someone finally called me back only to ask what happened to the shutter and to tell me that they hired new people so that's why no one was answering the phone and that my shutter was at a port somewhere and that someone would be calling me soon.

Needless to say it is August 17 and no one has bothered to call me back yet. I have even emailed a represenative fromt their office and he has not even replyed to my email. I think that all of us that was swindled out of our money and product should try to file a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT against these people and show these people that we mean business.

I would have NEVER went into business with these people if I thought they were even a "little" shady. It just goes to show that you can't TRUST NO ONE!
