Paramount Residential, SGS Communities Or NLS Communities Unfinished repairs and will not return or answer any calls!

We had a brand new home in Boynton beach - Wyndsog Isles - built. First the builder, Paramount Residential took over two years to build it. Then when it was finished it was terrible. It looked like they just rushed to get it done and didn't care.

So many things were wrong and they would tell us to just write things on the 30 day list and they would take care of it. It is going to be a year now and I am still waiting for my 30 day list to be completed.

Then when I call the company, all the numbers they gave me are disconnected and no forwarding address. The only phone number that works is just a general mailbox - where you can not leave messages. So I decided to start using their phone directory and leaving messages on every voicemail. Let's just say I am still waiting for a phone call back!

So then I decided to drive to the office were we did our closing, in Boca Raton. They would not let me talk to anyone or give me any one's phone number. All they would do is take my name and number and say someone would call me. Also told me no one was in the office that could help me.

Then I received in the mail a notice of a lien put on my house because the builder did not pay some pavement company.

I am just so tired of this company and I don't know what to do next! Now this same builder is building a new development on Northlake (Isla Vista at Ibis).

So far all I know is Fred Rothman is the president (which you can not talk too). Bruce Grundt is in charge, but does not return phone calls. Then Adam Lavien is the person that is in charge of my development - but he is missing in action.
