RENTING New Homes in New Home Communities since they can't sell them! Ripoff business from hell

I have been told by my contacts that Richard Fuller has turned over 24 of his existing spec. Homes to a company that will RENT out the homes.

These homes are in NEW HOME COMMUNITIES! These communities are still under construction and not even built out yet!

Thats right, Mr. Fuller is so desperate for business and money that he does the unheard of and OFFERS NEW HOMES FOR RENT. How would you like to be a new homeowner in one of these communities and see these rental property's go down the shit hole and take your property value and community with it?

All this because Richard Fuller and his band of scum can't sell houses so now they are in the RENTAL business. His company must really be proud that they have sunk to this new level of dirt.

I have been told that the communities are Arlington (Lonesome Dove), Mansfield (Country Club), SW Ft. Worth (Oakmont Meadows), and North Ft. Worth (Parkwood).

All of these communities have construction taking place in them currently by other PROFESSIONAL builders who can actually sell their houses.

I hope everyone now realizes that Richard and his looser employees at the Texas Office (Val, Kay, Stacy, Bobby) will do whatever it takes to move houses without concern as to who and what they destroy and ruin in the process. It is unheard of for any builder with class to rent houses in a community they are trying to sell in. But then again Richard and Fuller Homes are far from professional and lack even the lowest amount of class.

I hope you will reconsider before buying one of their homes. They are cheap, poorly constructed, and not worth the investment. I know because I made the mistake of buying one. I have mine for sale after only owning it for 5 months. We are having a house built by a quality builder who shared my beliefs on Richard Fuller.

In conclusion I am proud to say I am not afraid to speak my mind about these scumbags. They are nothing but that and are a true reflection of how Richard Fuller himself is. The year I worked for them I regret because I know I sold houses to people that were flawed and worthless. But that is what they preached... The easy buck at the customers expense.

Just remember I can confirm they have turned over these houses to a company that will RENT them. 24 houses in 4 communities. They couldn't sell them so they decided to rent them and destroy these communities. What a builder and what a person. You suck Richard and everyone (4) that still works for you and your shit builder company.
