Dan approached me about selling my home quickly. We were already moving and I was a little behind on a mortgage. However, was not an emergent situation until he lied and dragged out the transaction. I was naive. He said he would give me earnest money of $500 which I never saw. Said he felt I could make at least $5000 from the sale because he already had buyers. My husband even left some floor tile there so he could use that if he wanted to retile the kitchen as he said he did. He also told me I didn't have to have my husbands signature and I just needed to file bankruptcy because he needed extra time to get the buyer in and that would stop the foreclosure.

He told me that someone stole that which I found out later was totally untrue. Then it was one thing after another. His daughter must really be suicidal because he used that excuse on me as well. Maybe she knows what kind of person her father is. The lady at the title company tried to warn me as well. I did not listen.

Anyway, I ended up making nothing on my house when I could have sold it myself. Please do NOT do business with this man. I even stopped by his home and he threatened to sic his dogs on me.
