Ameriquest AMC Mortgage
Lied on husband's credit report, refused to correct, caused us to be turned down on refinance on current home

My partner and that I purchased a classic farmhouse this past year that required a bit of function. We required some supplemental income to transform and pay-off several expenses, and we've a higher rate of interest which means this year we chose to attempt to refinance. We understood the home was worth a great deal greater than what we purchased it for thus we understood we'd some collateral inside it. My spouse is extremely gifted with remodeling so we simply needed cash for supplies.

In in Arizona, because of lack of company (my spouse was self employed), we'd no option but bankruptcy. We'd possessed a house there for only 4 weeks whenever we submitted. Argent mortgage had funded the house however the mortgage was offered to Ameriquest and we created funds promptly for them for 4 weeks before mortgage was offered again to Countrywide in May/ June. We started generating funds to Countrywide in July of 4004. We were never overdue on our mortgage.in Tx, when processing bankruptcy, you're permitted to maintain your house and continue making funds.

Since my husbandis company was doing this badly, we subsequently chose to create ideas to maneuver to Tennessee where I'd lived and where my grown children existed. We place the house in Tx available on the market available and offered it in- May. That's when Countrywide was reduced.

Ameriquest/AMC is wearing my spouseis credit history the mortgage was contained in the bankruptcy, that it had been released through bankruptcy, that's was shut through Section 7, the debt was contained in the bankruptcy on May 1!! They display it paid-as of May. These were compensated entirely in-May when Countrywide purchased them out! While he's attempted to talk to them about the telephone they're really rude to him. They kept showing him it had been within the bankruptcy when actually the mortgage was offered to Countrywide.

We're continuing to try and understand this issue solved before we try again in September to refinance our existing house. It's rediculous that businesses may simply place whatever they need on somebodyis credit history and damage their odds on obtaining a mortgage. If anybody has received difficulty such as this together please let's understand.
