Advanced Foundation Repair
Ruins your house and doesn't own up to it or repair it

I did not use this company - I live in a duplex and my next door neighbor had them do foundation repairs on her side at the common wall. Neither my neighbor or Advanced Foundation Repair told me anything about the repairs. I came home to find my flowerbed all torn up and big pots moved and not put back, rosebushes had been dug up (died) and my wall had been buckled in.

I have had to get a constructural engineer out to do a write up on my side of the house when it is very evident that the buckle occured when they raised the foundation. When I called them they told me I wasn't their client and it wasn't their problem and even if it was it was cosmetic and up to me to fix it - I didn't ask for the repair or the damage..

I would advise people not to use this company as they also damaged my next door neighbors too (her window is pulled away from the wall) and they also stated to her that it was cosmetic and she had to fix it. This was all caused from them raising the foundation too high - not watching their meters and this is from a licensed engineer.

An email was sent to Troy and asking him how he could advertise for such a company but never heard back of course, and a radio station in Ft. Worth advertises for them too. They were called. What a rip off company they are damaging property and won't fix damages that they did - especially to people that are not their clients - and unaware they were even doing any work -and trespassing on my property without approval..
