Poor service!

We closed a on Jan 23 and settled 50% of the cost for installing of Accordion Hurricane Shades which have never been shipped, mounted or includes a permit been requested. The organization got many homeowners within our building to register but never began the job. These were designed to arrived at a gathering using the homeowners on 5/22, but were a no-show. No body replies the telephone whenever we call.
