Rude and Difficult to work with - Foundation Repai

The previous owner had foundation of my house was repaired 3 and a half years ago by Allied. When I purchased the house, I received the transferable warranty. I had a technician come to my house to look at some small interior cracks. Unfortunately, after he came we noticed a much bigger problem.in my subdivision, the houses are built on the side property line. So to see the east side of my house, I have to go into my neighbors backyard. That side of my house has a huge crack running half the length of the house. Allied refuses to come back out. The receptionist is incredibly rude and will not schedule a technician to come out again. I can't even get an appointment for them to come out and make the adjustments to the pier that are covered in my warranty. Dealing with this company has been nothing but a frustration. Do not trust your home to Allied.
