I had an appointment for this company to do some commercial moving. They first tried to change the price after the deal was made. Then after everything, failed to do the work and failed to show up. They called me on the cell phone after hours 818-804-0484. The next morning they claim that after the appointment was confirmed and the price was set, that they did not confirm the appointment, they then offer to do the move the next day at a higher price (can you say bait and switch?)
