Petaroo.com Failure to deliver product and failure to refund credit card

On 10/14/06 my husband ordered 2 Water-Resistant Pet beds (item # SLU22248) on the Internet using our American Express Credit Card. Delivery was to be made by "7-Day Ground." On 11/10/06 I called the company and talked to "Brett." He told me that the item I had ordered was no longer available and that our credit card would be refunded.
When nothing was refunded by the following credit card billing cycle on 2/19/07, I attempted to contact the company. The website no longer existed @ www.petaroo.com. I called the company at 888-738-2766 and left a message, as the phone was not answered by a person. I never received an answer nor refund of the $77.97. I still see links to this company on the Internet, but the company itself seems to have "disappeared with my money."
