Failed to ship order, answer phone, provide working e-mail address

Majorpet.com seems to be linked somehow with the now defunct site petaroo.com, which has been the subject of numerous complaints on this site. I ordered a dog crate on Dec. 21, my account was charged Dec. 24, but I have not received the shipment.
All attempts to call and e-mail the company in hopes of an explanation have failed. The phone number for customer service just puts me on hold while a voice recording requests my patience - I've waited more than an hour during one call. The e-mail address comes back via mailer demon.
Do not purchase from Majorpet.com or Petaroo.com.
