Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent billing

I could not contact the company when I did not receive my order in '5 days ground' as stated on the website. They didn't answer their phone or their email.
It stated 5 day ground for shipping. It took 16 days to receive my order. There was supposed to be free shipping, but there was a $13 handling fee. (A play on words?)

They charged my credit card the same day I ordered even though it was not sent out for 9 days. And when I refused the shipment at my door they said it would take 60-90 days to receive my refund minus the $13 handling fee.
