Ripoff Don't buy a Home protection plan from them

This company will not cover claims. They make excuses like this is not covered because the A/C tech may have done something that isn't covered.

What a crock. I had an A/C problem, turns out the A/C was 3.31 lbs. Low on refirgerant. The people I bought the house from spent $500.00 to cover this home for one year per our sales contract and this company won't pay it because the tech had to leave do to other appointments.

Here in FL A/C techs are slammed in the summer.

Whatever you do DO NOT buy or allow the seller of your new home buy a contract with this company. They don't cover what they say.
