Company continues to solicit in my building despite not covering anything ripoff

I have had the same complaints as everyone else. They look for reasons not to repair. When I purchased my warrantee I asked them to look at my HVAC (the most costly item in my house) and all of my appliances and I was honest about the age of my items but they said everything would be fine.

Well after calling for service, the first person failed to reinstall the unit correctly installing panels etc upside down and not connecting hoses. My unit was working but not cooling correctly. Well after the unit was "fixed" it was completely destroyed. Now they say it is my fault. Saying that I failed to maintain the unit... But my unit lasted 30 years so I guess we didn't do such a bad job. After speaking to multiple people in my building it seems that they have scammed a lot of us out of our money here.

So far I have filled a complaint with the better business bureau, I'd like to point out to you guys that they have a satisfactory report. This SHOCKED me!

Other options you all could take is to file complaints with the Federal Trade commision in my case they are soliciting our building I recieved my information through my mortgage company. My next letter is to Wells Fargo's legal department as well.
