Contracted to repair hurricane damaged home since February and paid 94% of contract and work has not been done - liens placed on home by sub-contractors Ripoff

My family entered into a verbal agreement in November and a signed contract in February with St. Johns Building Contractors to repair our home. Our home was severely damaged in the back to back hurricanes in September (Frances & Jeanne). Our home is in Vero Beach, Florida. The contract was signed with Frank Mannella License #CCC1326568 and Ronald John Basara License #CCC1253886. To date, the contractor has been paid per contract 94% of the contract price plus monies demanded by the company that was not due to them or they would not move forward with the repairs. Threats were verbally made to us by the local Florida primary qualifying agent for the company, Jordan C West License #CCC1327797. Jordan stated that he was not threatening us and that he was only repeating the words on the current owner Ronald John Basara. Some work has been done on our home and the sub-contractors are now placing liens on our home for non-payment by St. Johns Building Contractors. The sub-contractors are calling my family and coming to our trailer in the back yard to request payment. We have paid the contractor for their services and show the sub-contractors the copies of our checks. The contractor is avoiding all contact with my family and will not address the issues or complete the repairs on our home. The contractor is now threatening that if we make waves, he will make sure that we never live in our house again. These verbal threats are being delivered verbally by Jordan C West via Ronald J Basara. These threats are due to one of sub-contractors finding out through research that Mr. Basara has opened a Paul Davis Restoration Franchise in Minnesota and has been calling that company for payment. My family has been fighting this battle for years and need help in coming to some type of resolution and getting back into our home. We have filed complaints with the State of Florida, Allstate Floridian Insurance Company, Better Business Bureaus, and pressed criminal charges with the Indian River County Sheriffs Department. Mr. Basara has also received letters from an attorney in Vero Beach, Florida and the company did not respond. Mr. Basara and Mr. West have destroyed the past 2 years of lives with this scam.
