Stay away from this crook!

He is based out of Texas.initially he is all nice, cheerful and friendly.
He has big, out of state, home improvement projects going, pays upfront deposit, (or, if he gets his way, he will try and get contractors to start his projects without payment of any upfront deposits) gets contractors to complete his jobs and then once all work is done, and time to pay any owing balance, plays dead. Doesn't return calls, texts or emails.
