Claimed a credit card chargeback for 20 table fountains totaling $399.00 through PayPal claiming she returned the products. Customer did not return the products and refuses to answer my emails

On Dec. 29, Aurelia Montas ordered 20 table water fountains costing $399.00. The order was delivered Jan. 11 in 3 boxes. On March 28 customer put in a chargeback on her credit card through PayPal claiming she returned the order. PayPal returned the money to her credit card. I have tried to contact her for the return tracking numbers but she refuses to answer me.
Therefore, I believe the customer placed a fraudulent credit card chargeback, ripping me off. I am now out the merchandise and the $399.00.
