Ripoff Unethical treatment of customers, unreliable & undependable work won't answer phone if problem exists big trouble

I paid $30,000.00 cash for a stripped down doublewide, with specific details on a brick foundation rather than the typical vinyl skirting. Mr. Robert Harper went to great lengths to describe this feature including a diagram he drew to show me exactly how they went about constructing the brick foundation, etc.

I asked for a dishwasher and got one delivered, in a box, and left on the driveway. Harper stated he just "agreed to provide one." Who on earth would ask for a dishwashe, get a big "yes" on it, and then expect to have to install it themselves?

After 6 days and five nights in the mobile home without A/C, because they wouldn't deliver one, I paid to have my own installed. I also paid to have someone install the brick foundation. Harper said I had to pay him more moncy before he would do all those things. That was not our agreement at all.

Also, the outside finishing work was never completed. It's still not completed, but better because the contractor for the brickwork felt sorry for me and brought all the vinyl siding he could find that matched the home and completed the mojority of it. How embarrassing is that? Very.

Now Superior has launched repossession procedures in an effort to collect the money they claim I owe them. It's all very costly with attorney fees, etc., and is such an insult.

There's no apparent ethic regarding customer service. I feel as though my family and I have become targets since we became customers. It's a terrible way to do business.
