Contractor was provided $10,000 to:

1) remove sunroom and foundation and remove from home site
2) Install new footing drains to fix water leaks in home foundation
3) Fix disturbed areas (existing loam and seed)

Additional $1000 was provided to install additional pipes to "guarantee resolution of water issue"

Complaint:

1) Work was never complete, none of the disturbed areas were fixed - No laom spread, no seed
2) Major leak (worse then when started) created by work. Agreed to fix problem but never came back. After many weeks of trying to resolve issue had to hire new contractor to fix problem.
