Ripoff Awful Quality and Awful Customer Service

If you think of ordering from this company, think again. They do not stand behind their product and are rude.
I have ordered a lantern from them 11 weeks ago. It arrived very poorly packed and not surprisingly in pieces (apparently they are not aware that glass can break!). And you think you'd get something of reasonable quality for $198 — not! It's a total piece of junk.

I tried getting replacement glass panels for the broken ones. They shipped something that was both incorrect in size and color.

Tried again. Got the wrong item again. And a third time. Wrong item shipped a 3rd time! I went to the trouble of specifying exactly what was broken and begged them to please send this and nothing else. But to no avail.

Finally I have been trying to obtain a refund. I stopped counting the emails and phone calls, and still no refund.
These people shouldn't be in business. Don't order from them.
