Misleading, False Advertisement, Changed Story

My sweetheart and that I were asked to Ashley Furniture to get a Costume Competition by our sales person. It had been a promotional Trick.

The grand prize was 1000.00 store credit. Second-place was a totally free couch. There have been no specifcations about the couch. We won second and third-place. We were granted having a certification that says " Free Recliner*" and it is authorized from the supervisor. There is also a flyer sent regarding this, that I don't have.

I visited Ashley Furniture and selected my couch with my sales person. It wad around $900.00. After months of calling to determine if my purchase was positioned. I had been ultimately educated by Dana the Client Service Supervisor that I'd possibly just obtain 399 towards a couch purchase.

I then asked for anything written down, since this have been slow for months and that I had several unanswered telephone calls. She ultimately delivered me a fax declaring that:

"The seat was the drifter design that sells for 299.99 every other seat and also the client would need to spend the distinction. Please allow me to know if you want anymore info regarding this. I apologize for that getting this type of long-drawn out procedure - Dana Hulls "
