Got paid, did not pay subs, now i have lien on house, ripoff

Hired Martin to re-model kitchen dinning room and bath. Paid in full. About 2 months later Recieved letter lien was put on home because he did not pay sub-contractors. Poor quailty work. Uses illegal workers as well. Beware
