In Full equals incomplete pool and BAD BAD Customer Service...

We entered into a contract for Blue Haven Pools to build our pool. A great sales person that gave us a very warm and comforting feeling. That was the last good note regarding Blue Haven Pools of the Virginia, DC and Maryland area. They were late in delivering the pool and we had to manage the entire project as the project manager never showed up and when he did, all he wanted was the next payment.

Our home sat with a hole in the ground filling up with rain water for over 2 months. I tried calling the corporate office to complain, BUT NEVER got a phone call back. We called a Mr. Rosh who was the manager and we left over 20 calls for him of which he still has not returned. The pool finally got completed, but the punch list still remains and we can't get any satisfaction to complete the outstanding items.

This was our first pool and WOW did we make a mistake going with Blue Haven. Many of our friends went with Johnson Pools and others in the area and their experiance does not come close to this nightmare. It is a helpless feeling that you can't get anyone in the Corporate office or in the local office to call you back. Once they have your money, you are OUT OF SITE AND MIND. Buyer Beware of Blue Haven Pools. I have contacted the BB and I will also be contacting anyone else that will listen to my nightmare.
