Ripoff unlicensed and unregistered home contracto

This individual represented himself as a legitimate home improvement contractor that is not licensed or registered with the state. He introduced a worker as the foreman of the job and this foreman never showed up and Pat Silvester used several workers that are ex-convicts to perform the work. The work was done in an unprofessional manner.

There was extensive damage done to my house that was not repaired properly by the workers. The job was said to only take 2-3 weeks and it lasted 3 months and still was not completed.

Pat Silvester was constantly trying to cut corners to save money on the job, if these corners were cut the job would not have been in compliance with state or local building codes.
