Con artist building contractor ripoff

Mr. William (Bill) Jensen of Seagull Homes Inc. Contracted with us to erect our new modular home in 2002 He failed to complete the home, supervise his workers, and provide materials in a timely manner.

He also drew funds form the construction loan without providing the corresponding work. And materials. He failed to pay subcontractors for work done. Some of the work completed was substandard

Mr. Jensen represented his Company as Seagull Homes Inc. Even though his corporation had been dissolved by New York State for failure to pay fees and taxes.

The project was abandoned by Mr. Jensen in October leaving us to complete the home at our own expense.

We know of at lease one customer who has gotten a judgement against his company for similar reasons. To date they have yet to collect any money.
