LLC Unresponsive, Unresponsible, and horrendous Ripoff

I have had so many problems with Empire Today that I don't know where to begin. Oh, wait, yes I do... They suck! I hired Empire to lay a laminate floor in my kitchen. The sales rep was here on Wednesday evening, and we requested a friday installation. When the installers show up, the tell me they don't have enough material to finish the job. They do what they can on Friday, and I schedule for them to come back out early Sunday morning so I don't miss anymore work. Well, they completely didn't even show up on Sunday. So here it is Monday, after spending at least 3 hours on the phone, they are finally here finishing the work they were supposed to have finished in one day. And the kicker of it all? They are installing the WRONG flooring! Thankfully, what they are installing was my 2nd choice, but still... What a total lack of customer service!!! If you want flooring done, please, please, please, save yourself the headache and hire anybody BUT Empire Today!!!

(Oh, and the total compensation they are offering me so far is a whopping $100 off. Yippee!!! That barely makes up for half of my missed work!)
