Don't buy a Neumann Home... Never. Ever. Worst home ever!

This is my second home buying process and I want to say that Neumann Homes is a horrible builder mostly due to the customer service after the sale of the home.

There customer service people are big talkers that promise many things, like receiving grass on time, but never follow through.

It took me a certified letter to Ron Martin, division president, and another email and phone call to get any satisfaction.

Belive it or not, Ron Martin never responed to my certified letter and follow voice mail. He is the Division President and obviously does not care. I filled out a survey that everybody gets after they move in. Well, I sounded off in the survey becasue I was unhappy and immediatley I recieved thier customary letter saying "let us know if you have any concearns, " signed by Ron Martin but you can tell it was one of those digital signatures.

Well, I cited the his letter in my letter saying that if you want to help me, resolve some of my issues such as not receiving grass for 6 months into the warm season. Never called me back.

I finally got it resolved, mostly because i work in an office and have access to all the tools of modern age. I feel bad for anybody without access to this. I got my problem solved due to my sheer will to not let these people get away with it and following through.

The construction trailor, many levels below Marin, resolved my problem for me. Many thanks to them but I am sorry to say, it shouldn't have to come to that.

If anybody has problems with thier builders... Stay on them and send everything certified so if you ever have to sue them, there is a paper trail. Don't let these people push you aroun
