I mailed Victoria Martin a certified check to a affordable travel group for 308 dollars on August 1st and Victoria Martin told me I would be staying at the Ocean Beach Resort located in Virginia Beach. After notifying her the day of my trip, there was no confirmation, no follow-up after that day. I am currently submitting a written request to better business bureau. The check was signed off by a Joanna A Martin and hopefully we will get this problem resolved.
