Tomato plants are completely bad

I requested 12 tomato crops from Growers Option SPC in- May. Hartford, box 8000, MI 49057. These were completely bad crops and were useless after I obtained them. I wrote for them to get a reimbursement (which incidentally they stated their item was 100PERCENT certain or your money back) but for this day, July 12, I've not noticed a term or obtained anything. How do I get my money-back?
