Called House of Blinds for quote for window treatments (Blinds)

We asked specifically for "Hunter Douglas brand"
Lady siad "sure" Confirmed a very baragaining price on the phone that anyone cannot resist. So we called her home to sign the paperwork. ALl the info on the paper was in "technical terms and not Spelt out, i.E... SP< KC like that.

The price was the same she quoted. So we signed the paerwork.

But when it was installed it was a totally different company. Multiple letters to BBB and Acct. General of Sate of Michigan was of no use.

This letter is not forus to get our money back or file a law suit.

It is intended for the public to know that ripoffs come in different forms and this company is known to do this. We came to know after the fact.

Public don't have to waste their time reporting anything to BBB becos they are sponsored by the businesses... What an irony...
