Ripoff misleading, misrepresentation, misinforming, unlawful sales tactic

When seeking to purchase a new stearns & foster mattress, my mother was informed by the saleseprson at mattress barn located at jensen beach, florida, that stearns and foster was no longer in business.

Obviously, this is not the case. My mother believed this and was pursuaded to purchase an englander mattress manufactured by spears mattress company. This has been her greatest regret, and has had the worst experience with this mattress. To make matters worse, mattress barn and spears mattress company does not stand behind their products. At the time of purchase, mattress barn has negligently installed faulty box springs, which significantly affected the mattress. Mattress barn along with spears mattress company left the customer accountable and left her with a useless mattress due to their careless installation of the box springs. This was certainly their responsibiliy to correct, or at least offer reasonable compensation. They clearly did not take any responsibility and washed their hands of this once the sale had been made. Shame on both of you!!!
