Storm Vac ripoff false advertising no customer service answe

On November 27 I ordered a Windstorm Storm Vac with one free and a free steamer. All this was done by automated voice. The voice took my credit card account number, but I could not find out how much the amount would be.

I waited a reasonable time about 6 weeks which was after December 25th and no vacuum cleaners. I called a phone number provided when I ordered the vacs and was told there was no order placed and to check back again. I waited and called 3 weeks later and was told the order was found and vacs would be delivered in 11 days. This is June 1 and have not received the vacs YET! I found their email address and emailed Windstorm twice asking about delivery. I have no answer yet.

This is a Scam Company. Please I need help on this my credit card was debited for $250.00 and this Company will not respond to any inquiries. I know I am not the only person to have been cheated. I cannot afford to give this company $250.00 and not get what I ordered. I don't even want the vacuum cleaners now, but I know I could not send them back and get my money back.
