Ripoff Bad work and Breach of Contract

I am a mother of an autistic child and my roof was in desperate need of repair so I hired North East Home Improvement in Jewett city C.T. To repair it for 7,000. Acouple of years go by and the roof is all warped I contacted them time and time again. Then I sent a certified letter and they finally sent someone out. He told me there was nothing he wa going to do and nothing I could do about it even though my contract states they would use 1/2 inch wood and they did not. They put nails through my roof into my ceiling they said they would fix it and they just took the money and ran.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they said that company was not in good standing with them then I contacted Consumer Protection Agency and now anyone who will listen. Do not use this Company if you want the job done right. They will do everything to avoid you if the job is done wrong.
