SAAR Roofing - Home Improvement Contract
The guy did poor job and he is totaly irresponsible-we still having leaky roof North Hollywood

In 2005 we had a leak from the ceiling, I called Saar Roofing, his sales guy came and sold us the shingle. He says that there is a little problem of roof trend, and some problem around the A/C.
He took $4,500 and he said that they will fix everything and I will get 10 years of labor warranty.

So, they fix it - as we thought.

In meanwhile we needed to repaint the room's ceiling because of the water damage that came from the roof issue.

Then, after 2 years that we didn't have almost any rain, we got it and one night the ceiling start to leak on us again!

I called the guy, he said he will come. But he didn't
he send his workers that were rude and arrogant, they check the roof and said that it's coming from the A/C area.

So, I called Saar and he said that he will come to fix it, I told him about the ceiling that we painted and now we need to paint it again, and it's too much expense all ready.

He didn't say anything, he needed to go (like always...)
the next day I heard some guys on the roof, but when I called Saar to check what is the deal, and where we are on the project he didn't pick up his phone, I left him few voice messages, few text messages, my husband called him and left him a message. He didn't call back -the guy disappeared!

The ceiling in my house still open and it's look bad.
I don't know what's up with the roof.

The guy communication skill is zero!
Do not work with him if you want your roof done.
This not ok and not professional.
I have 10 years of warranty and the guy even doesnt pick up his phone.
