Ripoff. They do not make or sell parts to the countertop dishwasher I purchaced from them

I ordered the counter top dishwasher from Sweepstakes Clearinghouse from one of those vouchers they send you in the mail. I'm not sure of the exaxt ammount but I know it was over $200.00. I finished making pmts. On it and recieved it in Feb. 2006 In March My husband was trying to be nice and do the dishes for me and was hooking the hose connection up to the faucet and the ball bearings fell out of the sink connector and down the drain. I lost the instruction manual so I called the first week of April and they were suppose to send a copy of it along with Warrantee papaers on it. It's may and I havn't recieved anything. I called the other day and this guy said it was mailed out March 27th. To the wrong address!!! So I explained my situation and he told me they don't make parts nor do they sell them for the dishwasher. And he apologised and admitted that that wasn't right, but there was nothing he could do. So I sent customer service an email telling them of the situation and demanded satisfaction. This was a few days ago and I havn't heard a word!!! So now I am out over $200.00 have a dishwasher I can't use and No companies in town can replace it because the dishwasher has no brand name on it. So now what do I do? I amm so mad. I am in the process of paying on a Leather executive desk chair. If I stop making pmts on it I lose what I've paid so far. So I'm going to pay it off and I made this report and I will never ever order anything from them agtain!!!
