CFI West Lakes 415 ripoff, corasion, bad CSR, hidden fees Orlando

On 8-17-5 I purchased a timeshare at Westgate Lakes. My salesman Sharad (407-694-0410) who no longer works for the company, lied to me and my 2 nephews; Bryan 19 - and Danny-17. The timeshare I bought was not finished and would not be ready until 2007. Sharad told us we could use any other timeshare except our home timeshare in Westgate Lakes.

Continuasly, I have been trying to reach someone who knew something about the process of using another timeshare. I went around and around with 4 different CSR'S and got 4 different answers. The last person I spoke to (Jen, I believe) told me I had no contract with them. I told her I did. I gave her my membership # then she said I couldn't use it until 2007. I told her what Sharad said. Next she said I could use a getaway. I said but I would have to pay for that. (incedentally, their getaways are not reasonably priced. You are not saving anything).

I then stated I paid $20,000.00 for this timeshare, why would I pay the full price for a getaway? Finally she stated, well then I can't help you, then hung up.

I phoned Sharad and asked him, didn't you say to me and my nephews we could use the timeshare anywhere but the home timeshare. He said yes I did and said he would contact his brother-in-law to check into it since he works there. This never happened. I called him again and he said he would give him my number. NOT! That same day Sharad called me back and said I could only use my timeshare as a getaway. There is something rotten in Denmark and I think it is Westgate.

Every August my nephews look forward to a two week vacation. This year we were going somewhere besides Florida, but can't because we actually can't use the timeshare without having to pay more.

$20,000.00 is way too much for a timeshare I can't use until 2007! I never would have agreed to this contract under those terms! All Sharad wanted was a sale from a sucker!
