Ripoff, trick contract and they keep billing you when you want to cancel

First the sales guy lied to me by saying it was only a one day sale for the free equipment so I took it before I was even in my house for a month (and billed). I never got a phone line but they bill me for 3 years on contract whether I get a phone or not. I have no phone and they're only solutiono was to buy a wireless transmitter for $300 and pay more per month. They suck so bad. Every home alarm company forces you to do a 3 year contract. What kinda crap is that? So I'm gonna end up being billed $30 x 30 more months, well I ain't payin'.
