Harmony Window Coverings ripoff won't honor contract price and will not instal shutters after 4 months of waiting

I closed and entered into agreement on 12/17 t / Equilibrium Windows LLC to possess timber shades mounted in my own house. The sales person Ali Marinas defeat the estimate of $3100.00 From The&M Shades after speaking with his boss Eddie and Stella Inuki. I had been informed 8-10 months for shipping and installation. I called 3/9 to see what was taking so long. Tim (sales person/specialist) stated they where requested but there is a problem n / the place they requested from due to Hurricane Katrina, everybody knows when Katrina struck and t / the purchase day of 12/17 it was properly after. Tim stated he'd examine and contact me back t / a solution, he didn't, I quit messages everyday t / no-return phone and lastly got your hands on him on 4/3 and Andy said the shutters would be delivered to his warehouse on 4/6 and by the time they check in the inventory on 4/10 they could be ready to set up 4/11. Tim beat forward by arranging an installment day of 8am on 4/11. Tue 4/11 arrived and went t / no-call with no display; I actually planned to consider function down to hold back for them.
