Premium Window
Took part of my money, and have not seeing them anymore ripoff

On Feb. 16, I placed an order with Premium Window, located in Miami, Fl., for the installation of window shutters to protect the house aganst huracanes. I gave them a down payment of $ 952.29. As of today, May 25 I have not received any call telling me when i'm going to have the shutters installed.

I have called the owner or manager, but never get to the phone; I have left several messages with the secretary, and they have not been replied. Three months have passed already, and I'm really worry because the huracane season is about to start.

I planned to have the the window shutters installed by the time the huricane season arrived, and now my house and my family is put to risk for the bad intention of others. If they are not going to install the shutters, they should at least have the courtesy of calling me, and return my money.
