Ripoff

I was given the runaround on a home also and that was in march and to this day I still do not have my deposit back. I have made many demands on the company, had a legal service write and make demand and all I get from them is a letter saying they will give me back my money minus 850.00 dollars for a survey that I never signed for are had any say so in I have told them to show me where I agreed to the person that surveyed. They have not responded to me after that.

I paid them 5000.00 deposit and in september was when they finally said my house would be ready in two weeks. I told them just to give me back my money I was tired of messing with them. I had been given the runaround so much in too long a time and I wanted my money back. I am still sending letters but found this site and pray maybe you can help me I need that money back for medical expenses and I no longer want to put up with their excuses I have talked to other manufacture home deallers and they have told me that they cannot keep my money. Please help.
